Last Updated: 10 August 2026 Welcome to Personal Touch Coaching ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, programs, and coaching sessions (collectively, the "Services"). By purchasing, scheduling, or participating in any coaching session or package, you ("Client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 1. Description of Services Personal Touch Coaching provides professional coaching services specializing in presentation skills and interview preparation. Services may include 1-on-1 coaching sessions, mock interviews, speech review, resume and cover letter feedback, presentation framework development, and package-based coaching programs. Coaching is delivered virtually (via Zoom or another agreed-upon platform) or in person, as specified at the time of booking.

2. Nature of Coaching & No Guarantee of Outcomes

Educational & Advisory Role: Coaching is an educational and developmental process. The Coach provides guidance, tools, feedback, and strategies. You are solely responsible for applying these tools and making your own decisions during interviews or public speaking engagements. No Employment or Performance Guarantee: While presentation and interview coaching is designed to improve your skills, confidence, and readiness, we do not guarantee job offers, employment, salary increases, promotion success, public speaking gigs, or specific evaluation scores. Not Medical, Therapy, or Legal Advice: Coaching is not psychological therapy, mental health counseling, or legal advice. If you require medical or psychological support, you agree to seek help from a qualified healthcare professional. 3. Payment, Fees, and Packages

Payment Terms: All single sessions, packages, and custom programs must be paid in full prior to the start of the scheduled session or program commencement via our accepted payment processors (PayPal). Package Expiration: Coaching package sessions must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited without a refund.

Refund Policy: Due to the custom, time-based nature of coaching services:

Fees for completed sessions are strictly non-refundable.

For multi-session packages, unused sessions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase minus a 15% administrative fee, provided no sessions have been completed. Once coaching has commenced, package fees are non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling, Cancellations, and Late Arrivals

24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time using the link in your booking confirmation email or by contacting rene@personaltouchcoaching.org .

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session ("no-show"), will result in the forfeiture of that session. The session will be counted as used and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Missed time will not be added to the end of the call or made up at a later date.

Coach Cancellations: In the rare event that the Coach needs to reschedule due to an emergency or illness, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternate time slot at no extra charge.

5. Client Responsibilities

To maximise the value of your coaching experience, you agree to:

Arrive on time for all scheduled sessions with appropriate materials (e.g., job descriptions, resume drafts, presentation decks, or notes).

Maintain a stable internet connection and quiet environment for virtual Zoom sessions.

Conduct all mock interviews and presentation practices in good faith.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any personal details, interview materials, career histories, corporate presentation slides, or personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential by Personal Touch Coaching, except where disclosure is required by law or to prevent imminent harm to yourself or others.

7. Intellectual Property

Coaching Materials: All custom frameworks, session recordings, worksheets, slide templates, and written guides provided by Personal Touch Coaching remain our intellectual property. They are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Client Work: You retain full ownership of your personal speeches, presentations, resumes, and career history documents submitted for review.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Personal Touch Coaching and its owners, employees, or contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your participation in coaching sessions, your reliance on advice provided, or your performance in job interviews or presentations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Peru, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
